It's also a great chance to take some time to learn the signs and how to ask people if they need some help with what is going going on in their life.
A great new initiative from R U OK? Day is an action on Google where you can role-play scenarios and get tips on how, when and where to ask "R U OK?"
We've been testing this out in the office this morning, and it's a novel and interactive way to learn some tips and tricks that could help those around you.
To access these interactive scenarios, simply say "Hey Google, talk to RUOK Mate" to your Google Home or Google Assistant enabled smartphone.
